COVID-19 Policy

Here at Beano’s Events, we are following the most up to date advice from the government regarding the steps to be taken to help reduce the risk of infection. Ensuring we're following the rules and regulations during this time is our priority to protect our staff and customers.
Our most important safety measures you can see are below:
-
All staff will frequently wash their hands or use hand sanitiser before, during and after any hire
-
All staff may wear one-time disposable gloves during set up and pack down
-
Our cleaning process is aligned strictly to what the government recommends. We clean our items first, which helps remove any dirt or germs. Then we go over the item with a disinfectant to help kill any germs which are left over.
-
During a set up, we will also continue the cleaning process to go over any items we have touched during the installation where possible.

Below are some important safety measures we ask customers to follow:

-
We will only be doing a contactless service during the relevant regulations at the time of booking. This means when possible we ask to keep a distance between you as the customers and our staff. If the hire is outside, we ask you stay inside during the set up unless we need to demonstrate how to use an item.
-
We ask when hiring our items, you follow the most up to date regulations, for example not sharing items between households etc.
-
Please keep children away during the set-up period.
-
During this time, we strongly encourage payment via bank transfer only. If you need to pay via cash, we ask that you put it into a sealed envelope before we arrive.
-
If you or someone else in your household is showing symptoms of COVID-19, you must cancel your booking alongside our normal cancellation policy.
-
If you or someone else in your household has showed symptoms of COVID-19, you must wait 14 days since the symptoms started to re-schedule.

If the government make changes which mean we are no longer to operate, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer an alternative date. If the booking can't be changed, we will offer a full refund back to the customer.

If one of the staff are showing symptoms, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings during an isolation period, these bookings will be changed to another date or a full refund will be given.

We hope you can work with us to provide a safe and professional environment to ensure all events can still go ahead as planned.
